Le Métier de Beauté Evokes the Colors of The Nutcracker Just in Time for the Holidays!

One of my favorite things about the holiday season is Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker. My city's production of the classic ballet is absolutely incredible and for years I've gone to see the same production with my mother as a holiday tradition. The costumes are incredible, the colors are rich and the music is breathtaking (they just don't compose like that anymore). More than anything else, listening to Tchaikovsky's score puts me in the holiday spirit!

So given the fact that the season is almost upon us I couldn't help but be reminded of the music and rich colors of The Nutcracker when I saw Le Métier de Beauté's release about two polish collections available just in time for the holidays!

On the left the Cocoa Crazed collection offers chocolate shades to your heart's delight! From front to back the collection includes: Cocoa Me Crazy "vanilla bean cream with cocoa flecks," Hottie Choco-latte "creamy, shiny chocolate brown," Cocoa Cabana "bodacious brown with a hit of shine" and Hot n' Saucy "deep cocoa infused with cherry red undertones." Any of these chocolate polishes would make an excellent stocking stuffer for your cocoa loving friends!

On the right the rich jewel toned Coromandel collection created with Ken Downing draws its inspiration from the Ming Dynasty, though I insist that it reminds me of the deep hues found painted on Nutcrackers! From front to back the collection includes: Indo-sheen Red "an entrancing bright ruby," Saucey Plum "a dark and stormy plum," Cloisin-navy "a dark and creamy navy" and Made in the Jade "a willow tree green." As beautiful as the culture that inspired them, these deep shades of polish will make for perfect manicures throughout the chilly winter months.

While Le Métier de Beauté's Cocoa Crazed collection will be widely available at Neiman Marcus (online and in stores), Saks (online and in stores) and Nordstroms (online and in select locations), the beautiful Coromandel collection will be available exclusively at Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman. Priced at USD $18 each, these little ice cube shaped bottles would make any polish loving girl squeal with glee during the holiday season!
