*This post contains PR samples. There is something about a long five day work week that can feel like ten years. These weeks, no matter how similar to the others, feel that much more exhausting mentally, emotionally and physically. I'm proud of my ability to fight through weeks like this with a smile on my face, but there is no denying that a relaxing Friday evening in is the best remedy to a week that's been a little too overwhelming to handle.
As far as I'm concerned, there is no better way to spend a Friday night in than with a cup of tea and a nice long bath. This week, I made it a priority to use Aromatherapy Associates Bath and Shower Oil in Inner Strength*, a fortifying aromatherapeutic oil that moisturizes the skin while soothing the senses.
According to the Aromatherapy Associates description, this blend's ability to boost positivity and confidence can be attributed to it's mixture of "clary sage, frankincense, and cardamon [all of which] help find your inner strength in challenging and difficult times." However accurate the abilities of these particular ingredients may be in soothing a troubled spirit and building inner strength, it's been my experience that nothing provides me with more perspective and time to reevaluate and self-reflect than during a hot, aromatherapeutic bath no matter the scent! Nevertheless, Aromatherapy Associates have worked their magic as this combination of sophisticated and high quality essential oils leaves me fearing at once cozy and confident.
Aromatherapy Associates advises that the entire contents of this "one time use" vial of Bath and Shower Oil be poured under the running faucet if bathing, or smoothed over the body before showering. I've long heard wonderful things about these bath oils and I can only join the chorus of many voices when I say that I'm blown away at the quality of the essential oils. Not only does Inner Strength moisturize my skin, but it's fragrance has an incredibly relaxing effect on me long after my bath is over. I prefer to use this just before heading to bed for the best results as the scent lingers with me as I fall asleep.

As a lover of long baths coupled with incredibly scented bath oil, tea and a good book (perhaps some candles as well?) I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Aromatherapy Associates Bath and Shower Oils. My sensitive skin loves the moisturizing properties, and my mind and tired spirit love the fragrance. Ultimately, these oils can be thought of as perfumes for the bath. Not only are the listed notes well paired, but they linger on the skin long after you've dried off. I think it's safe to say that I already have my eyes on the Miniature Bath and Shower Oil Collection ...
Have you tried Aromatherapy Associates confidence boosting Inner Strength* Bath and Shower Oil? Of their offering, which scent is your favorite?
